In the east part of island,12 kilometers away from the center with easy access by car or boat from Platys Gialos is Kalafatis beach. Beautiful, big but less organized beach with beach-bar and restaurants. There is also a bus from the center of Mykonos to Kalafatis beach with less routes during the day.
P.S. Don’t hesitate to try banana, Jet Ski, water ski, extreme tubes and wakeboard.

Clear waters make for fine swimming and you can catch boats here for DRAGONISI an islet off the east coast which has many caves, some of which are said to be populated by the rare monk seal though don"t hold your breath looking for one.
